Descriptive Bit

This is a seperate section, detailing the commands that are available in each access level above that of Channel Operator (chanop or chop).

As in the ops' section, the commands for X and logos are dealt with seperately. To save too much too-ing and fro-ing, access to the ops level commands is given in the navigation menu on the left - although not on this page, because it is just an introductory page.

It should be noted that all over the logos master and owner category commands are done in a DCC situation.
